People are naturally drawn to the most convenient solutions. Our systems are designed to take the shortest route. It is difficult to resist junk food, which is delicious and convenient.

You’ll have less to worry about if you eat it occasionally, as long as your other meals are well-balanced. You can cause lasting damage if you eat it every day.
