Location
We are at 145 Fitzroy Street in St Kilda, a southern suburb of Melbourne. Its easy to get to via public transport - the 16 and 96 trams from the CBD both stop very closeby, just jump off at stop #132 by the Elephant and Wheelbarrow pub and walk down for a few minutes, or at stop #133 and walk up, crossing Grey Street from the 16, or at the IGA supermarket as the 96 turns onto Fitzroy Street. Just look for our stripy orning!
There's lots to do in colourful St Kilda besides eating and drinking at Banff! A short walk across the road is the Albert Park Grand Prix circuit, and 10 minutes walk down Fitzroy Street is St Kilda beach! A further 5 or 10 minutes along the seafront and you'll be outside Luna Park, Melbourne's iconic 1920's theme park! Also next to Luna Park is Acland Street, famous for its amazing cake shops.
